| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 7System received violation for not reporting DBPs for 2015. Called operator Jim and also spoke with Gail who takes samples. They simply forgot to sample for it. I reminded them to sample during September of 2016 at 866 Shoshone. ACTION NEEDED: Continued annual sampling for DPBs from designated address during September and note violation on 2015 CCR. | ||
