Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio #19System received violation for not reporting DBPs for 2015. Called operator Jim and Discussed. They simply forgot to sample for it. I reminded them to sample during September 2016 at 2312 NE 5th Street. ACTION NEEDED: Continued annual sampling for DPBs from designated address during September and note violation on 2015 CCR.
