| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 903075112 & 903072111System received two violations for late reporting nitrate and 4th qtr coliform 2015. Called system and spoke with Dorothy. Both samples were taken 12/22/15 but not reported until 1/11/16 (one day late). Discussed talking to lab and sampling earlier in the month. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time sampling and reporting by the 10th of the following month. | ||
