| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 900583706System received violation for no 4th qtr routine coliform. System operating schedule shows open through Oct 31. Called Kodiak, and system closed at the end of September and was not open 4th qtr 2015. Discussed seasonality and he may or may not be open October-December. He will let me know if this changes. He will remember to take 4th qtr coliforms regardless. ACTION NEEDED: Begin taking all 4 qtr coliform samples and report to state by the 10th of the following month. | ||
