Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 903286108System did not submit nitrate results for 2015. Called Micah and not sure what happened. Lab typically takes samples on time. Nitrate was taken 11/14 and again 2/16 but missed 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take on time annual nitrate and report by 10th of January. Note violation in 2015 CCR.
