| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 901489711 & 901489710System received violations for late reporting 2015 nitrate and 4th qtr coliform. Researched violations and system did take nitrate on 12/21 but not reported until 1/11 one day late. This has been a pattern for reporting from the lab as many results were reported on 1/11/16 if sampled on the 21 or 22 of December? System also took two monthly coliform samples, one on 12/7 reported 12/18 and the second sampled on 12/21 reported on 1/11. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time sample and reporting by the 10th of the following month. If reporting is slow, sample earlier in the month. | ||
