| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: vio 816System received violation for no 4th qtr 2015 routine coliform. Called owner Rich and discussed missed sample. He was unaware that sample was not taken. May have been confusion due to staff changes at lab late 2015. Rich will take 1st qtr routine asap. Nitrate was taken in April 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Take 1st qtr routine before end of March and continue to take and report on time results. | ||
