| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio #745809System did not submit 4th qtr 2015 routine coliform. Called Kate and she is not sure what happened and we discussed seasonality and they are typically open first half of October so would need 4th qtr sample. we also reviewed the RTCR and seasonal start up with monthly sampling. She will have Devan call me to go over. ACTION NEEDED: Follow RTCR for spring start up and take monthly samples through the open season. | ||
