| Details: | SUMMARY: Extension granted to complete O&M manual DETAILS: Carl Anderson with Camp Tilikum Retreat Center requested an extension of time to complete their O&M manual, which was cited as a deficiency in the 10/14/15 water system survey. The deadline originally set at 2/29/16 to complete the O&M manual was extended to 3/31/16. Carl also said that he had taken a new job, but would continue as the operator until Sept 2016 and would be available to cross-train his replacement. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete O&M manual by 3/31/16 and keep DWS apprised of any change in operations staff. | ||
