| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 900168106System received violation for not reporting enough Lead and Copper for 2015. System sumbitted results for 8 but needed 10. Talked to Ken and Umpqua Lab and extra 2 sites were taken on a later date and results not submitted? Ken found missing results and forwarded to state. ACTION NEEDED: Take lead and copper again in 2018 between June and September. Will schedule a sanitary survey for later this spring. | ||
