| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio #6System received violation for not reporting all 29 socs in 2015. Missing analyte was BHC - Gamma (Lindane). Reviewed sampling and spoke with Umpqua Lab and BHC- Gamma was taken along with all other SOCs but not recorded on SDWIS. Worked with Abbie at DWP and she corrected mistake and will remove violation. ACTION NEEDED: I will look into reducing SOC/VOC sampling to every 3 yrs as they have 3 rounds in. | ||
