| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow up DETAILS: I called Darrel to discuss recent DBP and source assessment monitoring violations. Their stage 2 DBP requirement is to monitor in September from two different sites. Darrel only took a sample at one of the sites in 2015. He will test at both locations in September 2016. Annual souces assessment samples from each of their 3 wells was also missed in 2015. Darrel is going to go ahead and take the 2016 samples now. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
