| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with Bob about LCR Exceedence DETAILS: Responded to Mid Valley about a Lead exceedence which occurred in the fall of 2011. At that time the sample was invalidated but the system did not take a replacement sample so the results stand. The tap that the sample was taken from was not used on a regualr basis and did not meet the requirement of being flushed with-in 24 hours (the faucet had not been used in approximately a year).Spoke with Bob Dodson on February 10, 2016 about Mid Valley Rehabs modified sampling schedule for Lead and Copper - the system is on a temperary schedule for 6 month samples for 2 rounds - each round will be 5 samples. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to follow the schedule and take samples during the 2 6 month periods. | ||
