Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Rule - E.coli DETAILS: Went on site to look at the storage/pressure tank for the system on 2/26/16, spoke with the operator and looked at the system. The storage/pressure tank is a 1500 Steel tank roughly 16 feet long and 4 feet in diameter. The inlet is at the front of the tank about a foot in and the outlet is about 1/3 of the way down the tank at roughly 6 feet. The well for the system was drilled in 1969 and and sealed to 85 feet with bentonite and cuttings. ACTION NEEDED: The system has been refered to Tom Pattee for evaluation.
