Details:	SUMMARY: E. Coli/Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: The system took 5 Ecoli confirmation samples under the GWR 2/29/16 and have issued a boil water notice to their customer base. All of the confirmation samples are positive for Total Coliform, NO E COLI today 3/1/16. They understand the Boil Water will stay in effect as long as the TC in the distribution system is present. They also understand they need to issue a new PN every 90 days and that must be in effect until the situation is completely resolved. They plan to super schock the well ASAP. The problem with the system is the hign manganese and the possible interaction with the chloride may cause a color reaction in the system. The system has just reached the 5 months on the PNC list and we are in the process of preparing to issue the 5 month PNC letter. I have sent a copy to Gregg Baird for review. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to follow up compliance status to the GWR and have clean samples in the distribution system.
