| Details: | SUMMARY: Three of Five Temporary Routine Samples for February are TC+ DETAILS: I spoke to Rick over the phone regarding the recent sample results. I reminded Rick to take a source sample and remit a new public notice. The public notice was received on 3/1/16 and forwarded to DWP compliance on 3/2. I sent Rick the new RTCR level 2 investigation template for review. The water system was to be shock chlorinated on 3/1. The operator generally draws a special sample after shock chlorination. Three of five samples in January were also TC+. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of a special sample after shock chlorination. Continue to work with the operator to problem solve. Monitor results of required samples to be taken in March. | ||
