| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator as the system missed their first quarter coliform sample for 2021. The owner was made aware of this and explained that Grants Pass Water Lab would be taking the samples moving forward. It was also discussed that the system is responsible for annual nitrate sampling. An email was sent to the owner to reiterate sampling requirements. | ||
