| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP MCL Violation Letter DETAILS: On 9/2/15 I received an alert for a TTHM LRAA MCL violation for sampling completed 8/6/15. TTHM was 0.096 mg/l at 113 Washington St. and 0.0816 mg/l at 1214 3rd St. (a data entry error, now corrected, initially indicated 0.816 mg/l at 1214 3rd St. in the original alert notice). The City was instructed to issue a public notice and updated OEL report. I sent a letter dated 9/25/16 requesting the City to submit a corrective action plan to resolve repeated TTHM MCL violations. The letter also instructed the City to continue to issue public notice and updated OEL reports for each quarter a DBP MCL and OEL was exceeded, respectively. ACTION NEEDED: City to continue quarterly DBP monitoring, issue Tier 2 public notice for each quarter the DBP MCL is exceeded, submit an updated OEL report for each quarter the OEL is exceeded, submit a Corrective Action Plan by December 31, 2015. A Bilateral Compliance Agreement may be required depending upon future test results. | ||
