| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow Up for Water Survey Conducted on September 21, 2015 DETAILS: The significant deficiencies and rule violations noted are as follows:1. A leak was detected in pipe to reservoir at elbow joint, where pipe travels exposed above ground. Repair this as soon as possible.Corrections are as follows:1. Leak in pipe to reservoir was fixed in mid October by operator.Recommendations regarding the system:1. The sampling site that is located prior to the reservoir should include a proper sample tap. The sample tap that is currently being used for raw water access is not recommended as it is easy to contaminate the sample. ACTION NEEDED: Operator has fixed deficiencys as required.Recommendation to install a new sample tap located prior to the reservior will be done this spring/summer when snow has melted. | ||
