| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Positive for Total Coliform Sample Date 11/4/15 DETAILS: Attemped to contact the operator but his phone does not have a voice mail set up. I stopped by the operators house to let him know but he was not home. I left my business card & a note letting him know to take a source sample at the well head. I also let him know that since they have two positive coliform samples they’ll need a public notice. I told him to call when he had a chance. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. | ||
