Details: Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the system's missed coliform sample for the first quarter of 2021. The operator explained that he was sure that the pump company he hired to take care of sampling had done it. He then produced documentation that the sampling had in fact been handled during the first quarter of 2021 but the PWS number was missing from the lab form. This info was emailed to compliance to have the violation removed. The PWS number was given to the operator to pass on to the pump company. The importance of the PWS number was discussed.
