| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Sample Positive for Total Coliform Sample Date 12/2/15 DETAILS: I spoke with Fred Bolton, PE, about the positive total coliform sample at well # 6. It was marked as a routine sample instead of a source sample. I let Fred know to have the lab re-submit the sample as a source sample. Fred said that this has been a problem & all of the recent samples without a chlorine residual are source samples. The routine sample taken on the same day in the distribution system was absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor as needed. | ||
