| Details: | SUMMARY: Water quality complaint DETAILS: Caller lives in the Hillside Terrace Apartments at 1201 Shelley Rd. in Coquiille and said the tap water is foul smelling, causes irritation in peoples mouth and kills house plants. Caller said the water smells as if there is a dead animal in the water supply but also has a strong taste and odor of chlorine as if to disinfact something. The caller stated the problem has been present for a long period of time. I provided contact information for the City to the caller and also informed the county health department and Betsy Parry, oversight person for Drinking Water Services, Region 2. ACTION NEEDED: City should investigate the complaint as required by OAR 333-061-0025(8). | ||
