| Details: | SUMMARY: boil notice lifted after corrective action DETAILS: Following one E. coli result, the system did not wait for repeats (it was the weekend) and instead posted a boil notice and went straight to corrective action, as described in the previous contact report. After disinfection procedures, Glenna collected 5 samples on Monday the 7th, but did not receive the results from the lab until Wednesday the 9th. She then lifted the boil notice. ACTION NEEDED: Glenna was instructed on Tuesday the 8th to submit a copy of the public notice as soon as possible to DMCE (she usually faxes them reports) and to take 5 temporary routine coliform samples in April. | ||
