| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the system's missed first quarter coliform sample. The operator explained that the sample was taken and submitted in time but was likely lacking the PWS number associated with the system. The operator then sent me an email containing the first quarter sample data for 2021. This was submitted to compliance to remove the violation. | ||
