| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio #2System received violation for no 4th qtr 2015 routine coliform. Spoke with Mat and although system was installed in 2015, it was not open to the public and will open March of 2016. System took assessment sample in April after well was installed. System will be open March - October of each year. ACTION NEEDED: Begin routine sampling in March 2016. If this system de-pressurizes during the off season, it will need a start-up form each spring and monthly coliform sampling when open. | ||
