| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio #2553411System received violation for no 4th qtr 2015 routine coliform. Spoke with Mat and although system was open until October 20, they did not take a 4th qtr sample. ACTION NEEDED: Continued routine sampling April - October. If this system de-pressurizes during the off season, it will need a start-up form each spring and monthly coliform sampling when open. | ||
