| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio #3466525System received violation for no 2015 assessment sample. Spoke with Mat and they simply forgot to take the assessment. System chlorinates for taste/odor so needs annual raw assessment. ACTION NEEDED: Take annual raw assessment sample if adding any kind of treatment. If this system de-pressurizes during the off season, it will need a start-up form each spring and monthly coliform sampling when open. | ||
