| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: Coli 15259 - Three Repeat Samples Collected on 2-8-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 2-9-16 --- Three repeat samples collected on 2-8-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Ron: he will issue public notice and send a copy to DWS. He is aware that five temp routines are due in March. Ron says he will discuss this latest TC+ with the owner and then either shock chlorinate, flush, or possibly move forward with continuous treatment. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
