Details: SUMMARY: Source Sample Violations DETAILS: Michael called to find out why he received a violation post card in the mail. I looked at SDWIS noticed they are required to do monthly source sampling for a year. I let Michael know and he thought the lab was taking care of that. I sent him a copy of the letter and he was going to make sure his lab - Analytical got those on the schedule. ACTION NEEDED: None
