| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform DETAILS: Klamath Co. Health was contacted on Thursday, 10 March 2016, by Rob Grounds as a courtesy to inform us of a positive total coliform sample. I returned the call on Friday, 11 March 2016, to discuss future sampling details. Mr. Grounds was aware of the protocol and had completed sampling early that morning. ACTION NEEDED: 4 samples, 1of which from the well and 3 from distribution. 5 routine samples during April 2016. | ||
