| Details: | Today attempted to contact the operator by phone and left a voicemail. An email was then sent to the operator regarding the system missing their first quarter coliform sampling for 2021. It was explained that they system is responsible for quarterly coliform and annual nitrate testing. It was explained that if the facility misses one more quarterly coliform within a 12 month period, they will be switched to monthly monitoring. | ||
