| Details: | SUMMARY: No Routine Coliform Reported Last Two Quarters 2015 DETAILS: I spoke with Jaylene Sellers and advised her that no routime coliform tests were submitted during the last two quarters of 2015. Ms. Sellers stated she would see to it that a water sample would be submitted to a laboratory for the required test by 2-11- 2016. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a water sample to the laboratory by 2-11-16 and report the results. | ||
