Details: SUMMARY: Met with Power City members, City of Umatilla DETAILS: Met with Marleene and Gene Merritt, Russ Pelleberg with City of Umatilla, Scott Morris with City of Stanfield, and Bob Funk, P.E. Discussed possibity of constructing an intertie with the City of Umatilla to supply Power City. The city has plans to run a main south along Hwy 395 and/or Lind Road past Power City to provide water to some commercial lots on the highway. Also discussed possible reservoir replacement or recoating, and replacement of the 4-inch distribution mains. Bob Funk will draft a preliminary engineering report. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time.
