| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11-3-15 DETAILS: I emailed Matt to let him know about the total coliform samples taken on 11-3-15. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 4 repeat samples in the distribution. I also recommended that he or Earl check the chlorinator to see that its operating properly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
