| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Sample E.coli Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11/10/15 DETAILS: I contacted Wilma, who is the president of the management company, to let her know about the e.coli positive sample at the well head. She emailed me that she called the lab & scheduled 5 confirmation samples at the wellhead. I let her know that if any of the follow up samples are e.coli positive the system will go to a boil. The system chlorinates but does not have adequate contact time for disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
