| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Confirmation Sample E.coli Positive for Sample Date 11/13/15 DETAILS: I emailed Wilma to let her know that two of the five source samples were e.coli positive for samples dated 11/13. I let her know that the system will need to go on a boil since the system doesn’t have enough contact time. I attached the link to FAQ for boil, public notice for boil & circuit rider information.I let her know that the notice needs to be given out at the park. She indicated that she will have one of her staff sent out to the park to hand deliver the notice.I let her know that we need to find out if there is an obvious reason for the contamination that can be corrected. I let her know that she could utilize the assistance of the circuit rider or hire a private company. If no source of contaminatin can be found, they will have to comply with ground water rule requirements. Either the system would have to install 4 log disinfection, new source or remove the source of contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of completed public notice for boil. Continue to work with system to resolve the boil. | ||
