| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 11/24/15 DETAILS: Called & left a message for the operator to let him know about the positive total coliform sample. I let him know to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution & source sample at the well head. I also mentioned to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & follow up as necessary. | ||
