| Details: | SUMMARY: Site Visit to Verify Water System Survey Corrections DETAILS: Verified all water system survey corrections have been completed. New well pump installed 2-3 weeks ago, well head cover replaced and properly sealed. All pesticides and chemical products removed from well house. Unused well (wishing well) well head cover repaired and properly sealed. Operator has discontinued use of non-NSF approved sodium hypochlorite for disinfection of water system. A written coliform sampling plan and map of the distribution system has been created. Holding tank access hatch/cover has been repaired to ensure proper seal and is now locked. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
