| Details: | SUMMARY: Def Update DETAILS: Well does not meet setbacks from hazards - System submitted request for waiver from construction standards and it was denied 8/15. By October the system discontinued use of the two RV spots that were identified within 50 of the well. Deficiency CorrectedWell is not protected from flooding - System poured new foundation, 7 x 7 and new well house was added. They resealed/added more concrete to the cement ring that is around the wellhead. Jay MacPherson reviewed proposal in 10/16 and approved the proposal. Deficiency Corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
