| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate 1/2 MCL and MCL Exceedence DETAILS: I spoke with Doris about taking a confirmation sample for Well #1 due to the MCL level for nitrate being at 11.20. Doris said the well is the shop well. I said that it is on the testing schedule, so a confirmation sample will need to be drawn. She will have a confirmation sample taken ASAP. She stated if the confirmation sample is high that she will not use that well (deactivate). The new wells (Wells #3A and #3B) exceeded 1/2 the MCL at 7.92. I asked her to start quarterly monitoring on those wells since they exceeded 1/2 the MCL. Well #2 exceeded 1/2 the MCL at 5.92, she will continue quarterly monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Verify confirmation sample results. | ||
