| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Data 12/8/15 DETAILS: The operator called to let me know that they had a positive total coliform sample. I let him know to take a source sample at each active well & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also reminded him to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution system next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
