| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL - Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/11/15 DETAILS: I called the operator to let him know that two of the follow up repeat samples are positive for total coliform. I emailed him the template for public notice & let him know to distribute to users. I also asked for a completed copy of the notice. He indicated that hed have a professional company out to disinfect the system. I mentioned that only well # 2 was sampled. I asked if well # 1 was operating at the time. He wasn’t sure but would follow up with the onsite manager. I let him know that if it was on it will need a source sample as well.I reminded him to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
