Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/22/15 DETAILS: I called & left a message for the operator. I let them know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. I also mentioned to take 5 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & follow up as necessary.
