Details:	Z. Golik of OHA had requested assistance in regard to the Circuit Rider visiting Twilight View Estates to determine if their orthophosphate injection system was properly installed and running correctly. Assistance Provided: The Circuit Rider met with R. Boltz at Twilight View Estates to review the orthophosphate injection system. The system was not installed. R. Boltz indicated that he needed further assistance to complete the installation and to dose the recommended chemicals. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider will assist in making sure that the correct corrosion control method is selected and assist in providing guidance with the installation and dosing.
