| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations, Monitoring - Assistance DETAILS: Lorena called with questions about violations the WS has. I explained that they have two violations for not completing 4 quarters of Gross Alpha monitoring. They have 3 quarters done and need one more before any schedule reductions can be granted (they have detections during two of the quarters). Lorena will contact her testing lab and have the test done asap. I also reminded her that annual VOC and SOC monitoring is due again in 2016 and once completed monitoring can be reduced (based on results). ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
