| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1-6-16 DETAILS: Received an email from Mike Hill: We were notified by Pixis labs that our quarterly routine sample tested positive for Total Coliform. Our PWS# is 4194763 for J. Frank Schmidt and company in Boring OR. I believe last time we took 5 repeat samples and sent those to the lab. We plan on doing this ASAP. We also plan on notifying users early next week of the contamination. Any further thoughts from you or plan of action we need to take please let me know. As always, thanks for your assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & follow up as necessary. | ||
