| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL - Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 1-11-16 DETAILS: I called Mike to let him know that all of the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. I let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in February. I also let him know that a public notice is needed. He said that he had the notice from a previous MCL. I asked for a copy of the notice.He said that the system would be disinfected & flushed. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of the public notice. Monitor follow ups & follow up as necessary. | ||
