| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 2/1/16 DETAILS: The operator called this office to let me know about the total coliform detect. I reminded him to take a source at all active sources & 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said that the lower spring (SRC-AB) is not active due to damage. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in March. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
