| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL-Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 2/4/16 DETAILS: The operator called this office to let me know about the repeat total coliform detect. I let him know that a total coliform public notice will be needed within 30 days. He has the template for total coliform. I asked for a completed copy of the notice. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in March. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
